Laydyne
Browser studio where an AI agent builds and edits floor layouts, then simulates how people and goods move.
What it is
Laydyne is a browser tool for planning physical spaces such as warehouses, stores, cafes and offices. You start from a description, image or drawing, and an AI agent builds and edits the model in 2D, 2.5D or 3D while dedicated engines handle geometry and calculations. It simulates how people, robots and goods move through a layout so you can compare options. Projects export as JSON, and a remote MCP server lets outside AI apps edit spaces.

What an AI agent can do with it
- Read: spaces, process scenarios, reports, quantities and view images
- Write: create and edit spaces, floors, process scenarios and reports
- Write: import and export project files and run simulations with simulation access
