What it is
UFO2 is a Microsoft open-source Desktop AgentOS that lets AI agents control Windows applications through GUI interaction and native API calls. It targets developers and teams automating multi-step desktop workflows. It is now in long-term support, and a successor, UFO3, adds multi-device orchestration across Windows, Linux and Android.
