What it is
Claude is Anthropic's AI assistant, available on web, mobile, desktop and inside Chrome and Microsoft 365. It connects to tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Salesforce, produces spreadsheets, documents and slides, and can run scheduled tasks. Plans cover individuals (Pro, Max), teams and enterprises. The older Claude 3.5 Sonnet is one past model, not a separate product.
