What it is
Workable is an applicant tracking system that also covers onboarding, employee records, time off and performance reviews. It posts jobs to 200+ job boards, builds careers pages and handles scheduling and offers. The Workable Agent sources passive candidates, screens applicants against job criteria and scores them with visible reasoning that recruiters can override. Agent actions use AI credits; every paid account includes 3,000. Workable says 35,000+ teams use it, and it supports MCP and a REST API.
