What it is
FloGPT combines an embeddable AI chat widget, AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls, and a ticket inbox that pulls in email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Answers come from a knowledge base built by crawling your site, PDFs and FAQs, with source citations. It includes a visual workflow builder, human handover, SLA reporting, and integrations with Shopify, Twilio and calendars.
