What it is
Voiceflow lets customer experience teams build chat and voice AI agents that answer from imported knowledge, follow business workflows and take actions through tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify and Twilio. Teams can write custom functions, run tests and simulations, review transcripts, split traffic between versions and track resolution rates. Agents run on web, app, WhatsApp, SMS and voice, and developers get a CLI and API.
